Incarnation Royal Hall
Our multi-purpose reception hall is available for rental, and is ideal for weddings, receptions, banquets and meetings. Close to downtown Orlando and I-4, The Royal Hall is a versatile 3,000 sq. ft. space that accommodates 125 comfortably at tables and 175 auditorium style. Available furnishings and amenities included with rentals are:

• 32 rectangular tables 5’ in length
• 14 round tables 5’ in diameter
• 200 padded, folding chairs
• 18’ X 20’ wood parquet dance floor
• 25’ X 20’ elevated stage
• Wurlitzer baby grand piano
• Sound system with a microphone and amplifier.

Optional kitchen use includes the following commercial appliances for warming of food and/or food-preparation only. Full cooking (baking, broiling, stewing etc) is not permitted.

• Convection oven
• 2 conventional ovens and range
• 2 warmers
• Ice machine
• Refrigerator and freezer
• Dish Washer
• Large coffeepot

Renting the Hall
To secure an available date, a deposit of at least 50% the rental rate must be submitted with the signed rental application. The balance (including refundable security deposit) is due no later than 60 days prior to the event.

  • Monday thru Thursday: $300.00 for the first 3 hours and $50.00 per hour for each additional hour (up to five hours maximum to conclude no later than 10pm) and $75 refundable security deposit.

  • Friday & Saturday (6-10p Friday; 10a-10p Saturday): $600.00 for the first 4 hours and $50.00 per hour for each additional hour (to conclude no later than 10pm) and $150.00 refundable security deposit.

  • Sunday: Not available

“Soft reception” Option: $150.00 for a 1-hour use of the Hall only (for serving punch and cake for example).

Serving of Alcohol
The serving of alcohol is limited to beer, wine and champagne provided the renter agrees to comply with, and abide by, all laws applicable to the serving of alcoholic beverages at the event.

Cancellation Policy
If an event is canceled inside 30 days of its scheduled date, 50% of the total rental fees owed shall be forfeited and a $50 assessment may be applied; if within fifteen 15 days, 75% of the total rental fees and a $75 assessment; and if within seven (7) days, 100% of the total rental fees and a $100 assessment.
